After the cliff-hanger last episode, it is time to find out what will happen upon the meeting of Soo Kyeong and the Left State Councilor.

Soo Kyeong opened the door by herself and she bravely faced the Left State Councilor who came with his army.  They were brazen enough to try to kill her in broad daylight but thankfully, commoners who who frequent Dae Seok's house to get their rations have arrived.

The Left State Councilor backed down but he didn't stop there as he ordered his men to go back and kill Soo Kyeong later that night.   Dae Seok and his family knew about so they had time to escape but they were eventually found and cornered.

Dae Seok had no choice but to fight.  Thankfully, Da Yeob who disguised himself was there to help followed by the King who made his unexpected appearance.

When everything calmed down, Soo Kyeong and the King had a private conversation.  During this time, Soo Kyeong asked her Father to allow her to marry Kim Dae Seok.  She also convinced him that she wants to live as other women do.

Meanwhile, Soo Kyeong's relationship with her Mother-in-law got a lot better now specially after knowing that she is the Princess.
