The upcoming KBS2 drama “Face Me” has released the first sneak peek of Han Ji Hyun’s character!
KBS2’s “Face Me” is a mystery thriller that follows the unlikely partnership between a cold plastic surgeon and a passionate Gen Z detective. Together, they delve into the truth behind crimes by utilizing reconstructive surgeries for the victims.
Han Ji Hyun takes on the role of Lee Min Hyung, a fearless and confident ace detective in the violent crimes unit, renowned for her honesty and empathy. In the newly released stills, she effortlessly transitions between her police uniform and casual attire, radiating both charisma and professionalism with a confident gaze.
Though she has a delicate appearance, Lee Min Hyung is a relentless investigator, always ready to charge into crime scenes and fearlessly confront suspects, proving her grit and determination in every challenge she faces.
Despite her unwavering dedication and persistence, which led her to graduate at the top of her class from the police academy, Min Hyung carries a haunting past that left a lasting scar. Instead of succumbing to despair or frustration, she chooses to embrace a remarkably positive attitude, committing herself fully to her work as a way to overcome her dark past.
Her character also becomes entangled in a complicated love-hate relationship with Cha Jung Woo (Lee Min Ki) after their paths cross due to a particular case. Their fiery dynamic, filled with constant clashes and banter, promises to bring both tension and humor to the storyline, adding depth to the storyline.
