A new preview has been released for the drama adaptation of “Semantic Error”!
“Semantic Error” is a drama about the campus romance between loner Chu Sang Woo, a third year computer science major (played by DONGKIZ’s Jaechan), and popular design student Jang Jae Young (former KNK member Park Seo Ham). After garnering tons of attention as a popular web novel, webtoon, and animated series, “Semantic Error” is finally greeting fans as a drama.
The preview starts with a quick look at Chu Sang Woo’s everyday routine and organized lifestyle. He does everything by the book and is a famous engineering student at his school. Someone comments, “He’s blunt, but he’s also clever and on the ball.” While out for drinks, he engages in work-related discussions, and when someone throws a fit, he doesn’t hesitate to threaten to report them. His MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) is ISTJ, so he’s a man of principle who is incredibly punctual.
While he initially spends a lot of time and energy trying to stop Jang Jae Young from bugging him and interrupting his everyday routine, his feelings for him eventually start to change, creating a “semantic error” in his perfectly laid out life.
Jang Jae Young is a confident ENFP who proudly states, “I don’t think of strategies. I just do what I want.” He busily follows Chu Sang Woo around, telling him, “Thanks to you, each and every day has gotten more enjoyable.”
Chu Sang Woo comments, “I thought he was just a piece of trash, but he’s an incredible psycho.” Jang Jae Young casually responds, “I get that a lot.” As their relationship starts to change, Jang Jae Young adds, “You used to stubbornly keep your patterns no matter what, but now you’re doing things you normally wouldn’t have because of me.”
