Upcoming tvN drama “Her Private Life” has dropped a new preview!
On March 23, the network gave viewers another peek at its newest romantic comedy about a successful art gallery curator named Sung Duk Mi, who’s also secretly a dedicated idol fangirl who runs a fansite, and her harsh boss Ryan (played by Kim Jae Wook), who finds out about her double life and becomes a fan of her.
The clip begins with Park Min Young walking through an airport holding a camera and wearing a hoodie, face mask, and backpack. Viewers then see a different side of her in the gallery as she closely inspects a piece of artwork.
She asks, “Do you know they call a curator who likes idols?” to which her friend replies, “Bbasoonee (a derogatory slang used to insult someone as a ‘crazy fangirl’),” and earns himself a smack from Park Min Young.
After scenes of Kim Jae Wook walking through the halls and looking at a painting, the video cuts to him saying to Park Min Young, “The title of the artwork is Ryan Gold. Its characteristic is that it has perfect proportions.” When she asks, “Not… you, is it?” he replies matter-of-factly, “Do you want it?” She turns around and makes a face at his overconfidence, calling him a psycho to herself. She reacts with surprise when she later finds out that he’s the director of the art gallery and runs into various difficulties at work.
Park Min Young states, “Do you know what happens when you come out as a fangirl at work? Out of everything in this world, I’m the most scared about being exposed as a fangirl.” At that moment, she runs into Kim Jae Wook at the airport, and he tries to uncover her mask to look at her face.
“Her Private Life” will premiere on April 10 at 9:30 p.m. KST. Check out the preview below!
