TXT Tops 5 Billboard Charts + Becomes 2nd K-Pop Male Group To Chart 2 Songs Simultaneously On Global 200

TXT has swept the top spot on multiple Billboard charts with their new album!

Earlier this week, Billboard announced that TXT’s latest album “The Name Chapter: FREEFALL” had debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Album Sales chart as the best-selling album of the week in the United States. The album also debuted at No. 3 on Billboard’s Top 200 Albums chart—making TXT only the second K-pop artist ever to enter the top five with four different albums, as well as the second to score nine chart entries on the Billboard 200.

Billboard has now revealed more of TXT’s achievements on this week’s charts: for the week ending on October 28, “The Name Chapter: FREEFALL” and its title track “Chasing That Feeling” entered no less than five separate charts at No. 1.

In addition to debuting at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Album Sales chart, “The Name Chapter: FREEFALL” also swept the No. 1 spot on the Top Current Album Sales chart, Tastemaker Albums chart, and World Albums chart this week.

Meanwhile, “Chasing That Feeling” debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s World Digital Song Sales chart, where TXT claimed five of this week’s top 10 spots. Not only did their new title track enter the chart at No. 1, but it was followed by their new B-sides “Growing Pain” at No. 7, “Blue Spring” at No. 8, “Dreamer” at No. 9, and “Deep Down” at No. 10.

TXT also re-entered Billboard’s Artist 100 at No. 2 for their 61st overall week on the chart, extending their own record as the K-pop artist with the second most cumulative weeks on the chart (after BTS).

Outside of the World Digital Song Sales chart, “Chasing That Feeling” debuted at No. 12 on Billboard’s main Digital Song Sales chart, No. 46 on the Global Excl. U.S. chart and No. 72 on the Global 200 this week.

Additionally, TXT has now become only the second male K-pop group in history (again, after BTS) to simultaneously chart two different songs on Billboard’s Global 200. Their pre-release track “Back for More” (with Anitta) re-entered both the Global Excl. U.S. chart (where it previously peaked at No. 29) and the Global 200 (where it peaked at No. 37) this week, ranking No. 133 and No. 192 respectively in its third non-consecutive week on the charts.

Congratulations to TXT!
