Park Byung Eun is a South Korean actor. He made his debut in 2000 with a minor role in the TV series “Mr. Duke”. In 2008, he had his first major role in the drama film “The Pit and the Pendulum Pit” (2008).
In 2015, his breakthrough came with the smash-hit period action film “Assassination” in which he played a Japanese lieutenant who inadvertently ends up engaged to a Korean resistance. His impressive performance earned him a lot of praise and soon he was signed with a management company.
He has enjoyed a prolific career in both films and television since, by starring in the rom-com TV series “Because This Is My First Life” (2017) and in the historical war epic “The Great Battle” (2018) and “Kingdom” (2020).
