Kim Gill Jung is a South Korean singer, vocal trainer and former member of Splash Ro'man~ce (스플래쉬 로맨스). He graduated from Baekje University of Arts with a bachelor's degree in Practical Music.

In 2004, Kim Gill Jung made his industry debut when he sang the OST "Do Whatever You Want" (멋대로 맘대로) for the KBS drama "Oh! Pil Seung And Bong Soon Young" (오! 필승 봉순영). Soon forming the project band Splash Ro'man~ce, they released their 1st album, "Time to Fly" in 2007.
