The upcoming film “Hear Me: Our Summer” has unveiled a sneak peek of Roh Yoon Seo’s character!
“Hear Me: Our Summer” tells a refreshing story about love and self-discovery. The film follows Yong Jun (Hong Kyung), who boldly pursues love, and Yeo Reum (Roh Yoon Seo), who learns to understand her true feelings while her supportive younger sister Ga Eul (Kim Min Ju) cheers them on.
Roh Yoon Seo, who made her acting debut with “Our Blues” and later starred in “Crash Course in Romance” and “20th Century Girl,” winning Best New Actress at the 59th Baeksang Arts Awards, is set to charm audiences in “Hear Me: Our Summer.”
In the film, Yeo Reum is a strong, caring character who supports her younger sister Ga Eul, who is a swimmer, while also managing their household’s finances. She’s focused on helping Ga Eul chase her dream of winning an Olympic gold medal but has never thought about her own goals. When she unexpectedly starts a relationship with Yong Jun, Yeo Reum feels excitement and begins to reflect on her own life and what she truly wants.
Roh Yoon Seo shared why she joined the project, saying, “When I first read the script, I was drawn to the film’s emotional impact and Yeo Reum’s character. I instantly wanted to take on the challenge and show a new side of myself as an actress.” She added, “‘Hear Me: Our Summer’ is a bright, refreshing film, and viewers will really feel Yeo Reum’s sincerity,” expressing her deep affection for the project.
