Upcoming film “Harbin” has offered a sneak peek of Park Jung Min’s character!
“Harbin” is a spy film set in 1909, showcasing a thrilling chase and the web of suspicion between those heading to Harbin for a single purpose and those pursuing them.
Park Jung Min takes on the role of Woo Deok Soon, a loyal comrade who unwaveringly supports General Ahn Jung Geun (Hyun Bin). In this role, he aims to showcase his refined acting skills like never before.
The newly released stills highlight Park Jung Min’s striking transformation and charisma, signaling a bold departure from his previous roles. Playing a real-life figure reimagined through cinematic creativity, Park Jung Min emphasized the importance of his interpretation and acting skills. He explained, “I drew inspiration from various historical materials about Woo Deok Soon. The biggest challenge was deciding how to portray a version of him that best suited our film.”
Park Jung Min described his first collaboration with director Woo Min Ho as a rewarding experience. He shared, “It was truly enjoyable. Director Woo Min Ho’s bold and precise direction was incredibly helpful and gave me a lot of confidence on set.”
Director Woo Min Ho also commended Park Jung Min’s portrayal of Woo Deok Soon. “Woo Deok Soon may appear rough on the surface, but his subtle and thoughtful side is what makes him compelling,” he said. “Park Jung Min brought the character’s depth to life.”
