The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for variety shows!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, interaction, media coverage, community awareness, and viewership indexes of 50 popular variety programs, using big data collected from October 5 to November 5.
MBC’s “Home Alone” (“I Live Alone”) continued its reign at the top of the list this month with a brand reputation index of 8,694,930, marking a 65.22 percent increase in its score since October.
High-ranking phrases in the show’s keyword analysis included “Park Na Rae,” “Kian 84,” and “NCT,” while its highest-ranking related terms included “finish the course,” “challenge,” and “deliver.” The program’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 91.78 percent positive reactions.
SBS’s “My Little Old Boy” rose to second place with a brand reputation index of 5,296,358, marking a 16.83 percent increase in its score since last month.
SBS’s “Running Man” climbed to third place with a brand reputation index of 3,953,157 marking a 12.77 percent rise in its score since October.
tvN’s “You Quiz on the Block” came in fourth place with a brand reputation index of 3,322,256, marking a 17.76 percent increase in its score.
Finally, JTBC’s “Knowing Bros” (“Ask Us Anything”) rounded out the top five with a brand reputation index of 2,890,141, marking a 12.52 percent rise in its score since October.
