SBS’s upcoming drama “My Demon” has unveiled new stills of Kim Yoo Jung!

“My Demon” is a fantasy rom-com about the demon-like chaebol heiress Do Do Hee (Kim Yoo Jung) and the demon Jung Gu Won (Song Kang), who loses his powers one day, as they enter a contractual marriage.

Kim Yoo Jung will be playing Do Do Hee, the heiress to Mirae Group who doesn’t trust anyone and falls in love with a demon. Having survived while surrounded by enemies, Do Do Hee learned the ways of the world early on and became cold-hearted. She is also cynical when it comes to love. After making a contract with demon Gu Won, Do Do Hee faces a great change, raising anticipation for whether Gu Won will become Do Hee’s savior (Gu Won also meaning “savior” in Korea).

In the newly released stills, Kim Yoo Jung captivates with her elegance and cold charisma as Do Do Hee. As the CEO of Mirae Group’s subsidiary Mirae F&B, Do Hee appears professional as she skillfully takes care of her job. Having been hard on herself in order to survive while being treated as a stranger amongst the children of Mirae Group’s chairwoman Joo Cheon Sook (Kim Hae Sook), Do Hee became a workaholic CEO who only knows about work.

Furthermore, Do Do Hee captivates with her extravagant aura at an event, wearing a haughty expression despite someone making an effort to greet her. Another still of her on a dais depicts her with a confident smile.

Regarding her reason for starring in the project, Kim Yoo Jung shared, “The story, surrounding figures, and chemistry of the character Do Do Hee are interesting, and the other characters felt charming. The project’s charming points are the push and pull moments Do Do Hee and Jung Gu Won will showcase as they try not to get caught by each other.”

Kim Yoo Jung continued, “Do Do Hee is a character who seems cynical and cool on the outside but is actually lonely. I tried hard to express how Do Hee lived in order to protect herself in diverse ways.” As a key phrase for Do Do Hee, Kim Yoo Jung picked “blessing in disguise,” saying, “Do Hee experiences many events after meeting Gu Won, so please check through the broadcast why I picked the key phrase ‘blessing in disguise.'”
