tvN’s upcoming drama “Shooting Stars” (literal title) released a new group poster!
“Shooting Stars” is a new romantic comedy about the people who work behind the scenes in the entertainment industry cleaning up the messes created by the stars. The drama depicts the realistic story of people who stand behind the celebrities and shed blood, sweat, and tears to make them shine like stars in the sky.
The new teaser poster features the main leads including Lee Sung Kyung, Kim Young Dae, Yoon Jong Hoon, Kim Yoon Hye, Girl’s Day’s Sojin, and CNBLUE’s Lee Jung Shin. The drama also stars Ha Do Kwon, Kim Dae Gon, Jang Hui Ryoung, N.Flying’s Lee Seung Hyub, Jin Ho Eun, Shin Hyun Seung, Lee Si Woo, Jung Ji Ahn, Yoon Sang Jung, Kwon Han Sol, and more.
The poster contains six brightly colored frames that are connected together like pieces of a puzzle. The 16 characters are divided into different categories for top stars, agency CEOs, the PR team, managers, entertainment industry representatives, and newbies in the entertainment industry. The vibrant colors set the refreshing vibe for the upcoming romantic comedy. The bold text reads, “The story of people who clean up the various messes created by stars.”
At the top of the poster, Kim Young Dae transforms into Star Force Entertainment’s star actor Gong Tae Sung and exudes a celebrity aura with a charismatic gaze. Meanwhile, Lee Sung Kyung plays Star Force Entertainment’s PR team leader Oh Han Byul, who is simultaneously carrying a mountain of paperwork while taking a phone call.
Yoon Jong Hoon plays Kang Yoo Sung, the head of Management Team 1 at Star Force Entertainment, and Kim Yoon Hye plays the bodyguard-turned-manager Park Ho Young of Management Team 2. In their section of the poster, Kang Yoo Sung has an easygoing smile, and Park Ho Young looks resolute, highlighting their not-so-easy management jobs. Furthermore, the poster previews Sojin, who plays the fierce entertainment reporter Jo Gi Bbeum, and Lee Jung Shin, who plays Do Soo Hyuk, Star Force Entertainment’s legal advisor who strictly abides by his 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. working hours.
tvN’s “Shooting Star” is slated to premiere in April.
