Following Jimin’s historic debut at No. 1 on Billboard’s Hot 100, his fellow BTS members have shared their love and support for him!
On April 3 local time, Billboard announced that BTS’s Jimin had topped the latest Hot 100 chart with “Like Crazy,” making him the first-ever Korean solo artist to achieve this feat.
Immediately after the news broke, BTS’s leader RM took to his Instagram Stories to share a photo of the latest Hot 100 top 10 ranking. He added, “I’m proud” and tagged Jimin. Notably, RM is a co-writer of Jimin’s “Like Crazy,” meaning this recent achievement gives him his fourth Hot 100 No. 1 as a writer.
J-Hope shared Billboard’s post announcing this week’s Hot 100 top 10 with a row of purple hearts and proudly wrote, “This is history..” Tagging Jimin, J-Hope added, “Congrats.”
Jimin also shared the same top 10 photo to his Instagram feed with the caption “Love u all,,.” RM and J-Hope continued to shower Jimin with love, sharing supportive emojis in the comments.
Last June, BTS announced an indefinite hiatus from group activities to focus on their solo careers and begin their military enlistments. Jin became the first member to enlist back in December while J-Hope was recently announced to be enlisting as an active-duty soldier.
Congratulations again to Jimin on his incredible achievement!
