Mama Fairy And The Woodcutter

tvN’s upcoming drama “Mama Fairy and the Woodcutter” has released a new teaser!

Based on a Korean folktale, “Mama Fairy and the Woodcutter” is about a fairy who waits for 699 years for her woodcutter husband to reincarnate. In the new drama, fairy Sun Ock Nam (played by both Go Doo Shim and Moon Chae Won) works as a barista, and she meets two candidates who could be her reincarnated husband: Jung Yi Hyun (played by Yoon Hyun Min) and Kim Geum (played by Seo Ji Hoon).

In the new teaser, Yoon Hyun Min and Seo Ji Hoon stand in front of a sign that says, “Fairy Coffee Shop,” then get startled when Go Doo Shim opens the door.

Yoon Hyun Min states, “I am Jung Yi Hyun, the embodiment of level-headed logic and reasoning. A phenomenon that cannot be explained by logic is happening before my eyes.” He then asks Seo Ji Hoon, “Why do you keep calling that person a fairy? Does she really look like a fairy in your eyes?”

Seo Ji Hoon replies, “Because she is a fairy.” He then casually asks a cat sitting next to him, “What does the fairy like?” When the cat meows, he responds, “Peaches?” and the cat nods.

As Yoon Hyun Min continues to grow more and more perplexed, he tells Moon Chae Won, “From now on, I’d appreciate it if you didn’t talk about fairies and things like that.” Moon Chae Won replies, “Okay. I’ll do what my husband says.”

As she swiftly walks away, Yoon Hyun Min’s eyes widen in disbelief, and he asks, “Husband? Me? Why?”

“Mama Fairy and the Woodcutter” premieres on November 5 at 9:30 p.m. KST and will be available on Dramacool!
