Watch: Oh Jung Se Is Helpless Against The Evil Spirit Possessing Kim Tae Ri In Haunting “Revenant” Teaser

SBS’s upcoming mystery thriller “Revenant” has unveiled its first teaser!

Written by famous scriptwriter Kim Eun Hee of “Sign,” “Ghost,” “Signal,” and “Kingdom,” “Revenant” is an occult mystery thriller in which a woman possessed by an evil spirit and a man who can see those evil spirits inside human bodies dig into the mysterious deaths surrounding five divine objects.

The star-studded cast includes Kim Tae Ri as Goo San Young, who gets possessed by evil spirits, Oh Jung Se as Yeom Hae Sang, a folklore professor who sees the evil spirits, and Hong Kyung as Lee Hong Sae, a detective who tracks down the mysterious death surrounding Goo San Young.

The eerie teaser begins with Goo San Young narrating, “Outside this door is a different world. When you open this door, there are evil spirits.”

The mysterious atmosphere turns terrifying when Goo San Young is given a keepsake belonging to her late father that she should have never received, as it changes her gaze in an instant.

Now possessed by evil spirits wanting to pierce human desires, mysterious cases continue to arise around Goo San Young. The only person able to see this spirit is folklore professor Yeom Hae Sang, who does everything he can to stop matters from getting worse. But humans turn out to be no match for this evil spirit that skillfully abuses human psychology, as the teaser ultimately ends with Yeom Hae Sang crying out, “No!”
