Watch: Moon Chae Won Is Straight Out Of A Fairy Tale In New Drama Teaser

Upcoming tvN drama “Mama Fairy and the Woodcutter” has released a new teaser!

“Mama Fairy and the Woodcutter” is a comic fantasy drama based on a webtoon of the same name. It’s about a 699-year-old fairy named Sun Ock Nam (played by Moon Chae Won and Go Doo Shim) from the Goryeo and Joseon dynasties. She works as a barista in the modern age and meets Jung Yi Hyun (played by Yoon Hyun Min) and Kim Geum (played by Seo Ji Hoon) who may be two possible reincarnations of her late husband.

The teaser starts with Sun Ock Nam’s daughter Jeom Soon (played by gugudan’s Mina) narrating the popular fairy tale about a kind woodcutter in the woods who saw a fairy and hid her clothes so she couldn’t go back to heaven, and then the two getting married.

When Moon Chae Won Won turns around and smiles, the voice says, “Mom, it says they lived happily ever after. Woah. Mom, is this real?” Moon Chae Won states, “I’m waiting for the reincarnation of my husband.”

“Mama Fairy and the Woodcutter” will premiere on November 5 at 9:30 p.m. KST, and will be available on Dramacool! Check out the teaser below:
