MBC’s upcoming drama “The Story of Park’s Marriage Contract” has dropped a new teaser!

Based on a web novel, “The Story of Park’s Marriage Contract” is a time-slip romance drama about the contractual marriage between bachelor Kang Tae Ha (Bae In Hyuk) and Park Yeon Woo (Lee Se Young), who has traveled to modern day from 19th century Joseon.

The newly released clip starts with Kang Tae Ha’s emotional voice saying, “I had a strange fantasy… of you from the Joseon era,” as the teaser offers glimpses of Kang Tae Ha and Park Yeon Woo’s sweet moments in Joseon. The scene swiftly transitions to Park Yeon Woo dressed in traditional attire as she clings to the 21st-century present Kang Tae Ha and addresses him as her “husband.” However, Kang Tae Ha’s reaction is to push her away, taken aback by her unexpected remark.

Incredulous, Kang Tae Ha questions Park Yeon Woo, “You’re telling me that I’m your husband?” She firmly replies, “Of course,” but Kang Tae Ha vehemently denies it, urging her to leave immediately. Nevertheless, Park Yeon Woo remains unwavering, playfully displaying her aegyo and persistently trailing him, causing Kang Tae Ha to mutter, “She’s either crazy or injured,” with an exasperated look. When Park Yeon Woo’s patience wears thin, she resorts to aggressively thrusting her head against him, marking a turning point in their dynamic.

In another scene, Kang Tae Ha discreetly watches Park Yeon Woo with another man and voices his jealousy, “Why are they so close?” His subsequent narration reveals a shift in his feelings as he remarks, “Do you have any idea how much my life has turned into chaos because of you?” Finally, in an intimate moment between Park Yeon Woo and Kang Tae Ha, he firmly proposes a contract marriage, declaring, “I’m formally making an offer. Let’s get married,” raising curiosity about the course of their relationship.
