Watch: Lee Min Ki And Seo Hyun Jin Are Professionals While Filming Romantic Kiss Scene For “The Beauty Inside”

JTBC’s “The Beauty Inside” released a new behind-the-scenes clip of its cast!

The drama is about top actress Han Se Gae (played by Seo Hyun Jin), who lives with someone else’s face for a week every month, and Seo Do Jae (played by Lee Min Ki), the director of an airline company who can’t differentiate between faces.

In the beginning of the video, Lee Min Ki andSeo Hyun Jin sit down at a dining table in a restaurant and film a scene where they eat a meal together. Lee Min Ki tries to smoothly transfer a shrimp onto Seo Hyun Jin’s plate, but misses his mark and ends up sloppily throwing it instead. Embarrassed, he slumps down while laughing, and Seo Hyun Jin jokingly says in a stern voice, “Hey. Get it together.”

Further into the clip, Ahn Jae Hyun makes his appearance as Han Se Gye’s loyal friend Ryu Eun Ho. He enters the room holding a puppy and tells Lee Da Hee, who plays Seo Do Jae’s ambitious stepsister Kang Sa Ra, “Sorry.” In the scene, he’s supposed to hand Lee Da Hee a piece of chocolate, but he ends up struggling with taking it out of his pocket. After several seconds of him just shaking around the container of candy, both he and Lee Da Hee burst out laughing at the awkward situation. Finally, Ahn Jae Hyun solves the situation by telling the director, “I’ll just enter the scene holding [the container of chocolate].”

Finally, the clip displays a behind-the-scenes look into Lee Min Ki and Seo Hyun Jin’s kiss scene. Overlooking the city skyline on a hospital rooftop, Lee Min Ki approaches Seo Hyun Jin and confesses his feelings. Seo Hyun Jin tearfully responds, “Prove it,” and Lee Min Ki cradles her face in his hands and goes in for the kiss. After successfully filming this romantic scene, both break out into smiles and Lee Min Ki brings in Seo Hyun Jin for a friendly hug.
