Watch: Ji Sung Portrays Two Starkly Different Brothers Who Are Willing To Do Anything To Uncover The Truth In “Adamas” Teasers

“Adamas” is gearing up for its premiere with a new teaser!

“Adamas” depicts the story of twin brothers uncovering the truth from an incident 22 years ago. The two will work as one in order to clear the murder charges of their biological father who was accused of killing their stepfather and to find the “adamas” that is the evidence for the murder. Ji Sung will be playing both twins named Ha Woo Shin and Song Soo Hyun. Although the two brothers look alike, their personalities and approaches to tackling problems are completely different.

On July 8, the drama unveiled character teasers for Ha Woo Shin and Song Soo Hyun. Ji Sung vividly portrays the stark differences between Ha Woo Shin, a best-selling mystery novel author, and Song Soo Hyun, a special forces prosecutor who works at the Central District Prosecutor’s office.

In the first teaser, Song Soo Hyun shows off his charismatic and expressive nature. Clips of things like a crime scene and prison flash across the scene, hinting his connection to the world of law. Song Soo Hyun gets tangled up with Kim Seo Hee (Lee Soo Kyung), a social affairs reporter at TNC with deep wounds on the inside. She boldly claims, “I know he’s innocent,” piquing curiosity about who she’s referring to.

The video hints that Song Soo Hyun will engage in tense confrontations with Team Leader Lee (Oh Dae Hwan), the head of Haesong Group’s secret organization Team A. He gives a chilling warning to the prosecutor, saying, “If you don’t know it, memorize it. Haesong is the one who does the controlling.” Towards the end, Song Soo Hyun erupts with frustration and anger as he threatens someone, “Look forward to it. I’ll reveal every single thing that you’re hiding.”

On the other hand, Song Soo Hyun’s younger brother Ha Woo Shin enters Haesongwon, the residence of Haesong Group’s chariman, in order to get one more step closer to the truth. He exudes much calmer vibes than his fiery twin, but his eyes are filled with equally overwhelming charisma.

Eun Hye Soo (Seo Ji Hye), the daughter-in-law of Haesong Group’s CEO, tells him in a breezy manner, “There’s nothing illegal in this family. Anything is possible.” However it seems like she knows Ha Woo Shin has a secret motive.

Ha Woo Shin searches the enormous residence in a very cautious manner because there are eyes everywhere. In particular, he has to watch out for Choi Tae Sung (Heo Sung Tae), the general security manager for Haesongwon. Choi Tae Sung’s voiceover asks, “What are you doing here?” As if he’s replying, Ha Woo Shin states, “I’m going to steal the adamas.”

“Adamas” will premiere on July 27 at 10:30 p.m. KST.
