Watch: EXO’s D.O. Chaotically Introduces His Dysfunctional Friends In “Bad Prosecutor” Character Teaser

“Bad Prosecutor” has previewed the contrasting charms and the mesmerizing harmony of its characters in a new teaser!

KBS 2TV’s “Bad Prosecutor” is a new drama about an ill-mannered prosecutor with delinquent tendencies who believes in fighting for justice by any means necessary. D.O. will star as Jin Jung, the titular “bad prosecutor” who is determined to take down those that use wealth and power to live above the law, while Lee Se Hee will star as senior prosecutor Shin Ah Ra. Ha Joon portrays the elite and ambitious prosecutor Oh Do Hwan who wants to climb to the top using whatever means possible.

The drama recently released a character teaser that highlights the differences between the main characters and their unique charms. First up is Jin Jung, who chaotically chases after bad guys in an unconventional way. He coldly comments, “What do you take me for?” He has a tense face-off with Oh Do Hwan who later rips up a document without hesitation.

Jin Jung adds, “I know you guys call me a defective product. And I also know that this is a rotten place.” In one swift action, Jin Jung beats up an enemy with a bike helmet before giving a confident smirk.

Upset with Jin Jung’s behaviour, Shin Ah Ra worriedly asks, “You’re not planning anything weird again, right?!” She’s described as a bold dreamer and the first-ever female prosecutor general. Shin Ah Ra has a rowdy relationship with Jin Jung, who knows exactly how to anger her by speaking informally.

Lee Chul Gi (Yeon Jun Seok) is introduced as a man who lives in a documentary, turning jokes into truths and vice versa. As he throws down a hammer on something and hangs someone off a balcony, Jin Jung warns, “He’s someone who will seriously let go!” which leaves Lee Chul Gi with a confused expression.

Joo Bo Young plays Baek Eun Ji, an impressive fighter and charming “velociraptor” who dutifully serves Jin Jung. Hacker Go Joong Do who has questionable skills is portrayed by Lee Si Eon. The clumsy character’s motto is “no passion.”

Jin Jung comments, “It’s not life if there’s no risk.” Following a series of dramatic clips featuring all these characters, Park Jae Kyung (Kim Sang Ho) asks, “Who are these people?” Jin Jung smiles as he replies, “My friends.”
