Dec 12, 2018
On the December 11 broadcast of JTBC’s “Idol Room,” which was hosted by special MCs BTOB’s Ilhoon and IZ*ONE’s An Yoo Jin, Jung Hyung Don and Defconn went head-to-head with The Boyz.
After The Boyz showed their dance skills to TWICE’s “Cheer Up,” the cover dance battle between The Boyz and Jung Hyung Don and Defconn began, with the rules being that at least two members from each group must dance to each song.
The groups danced to EXO’s “Tempo,” NCT’s “BOSS,” BTS’s “Fake Love,” GOT7’s “Hard Carry,” BTOB’s “Movie,” TWICE’s “What is Love?” Sunmi’s “Siren,” and IZ*ONE’s “La Vie En Rose.” Dancing to them all, The Boyz member Q was declared the winner of the battle, impressing even his fellow members, who themselves had stated before the game that Q can memorize choreography just from watching videos.
Celebrating his win, Q did one last cover to TWICE’s “Yes or Yes.”

The Boyz also played various other games with Dony and Cony, including a tape candy eating relay and a balloon game, in which each team, with balloons tied to their feet, must pop the other team’s balloons to eliminate them.
