TWICE's Dahyun In Talks For Korean Adaptation Of Taiwanese Romance Film “You Are The Apple Of My Eye”

TWICE’s Dahyun may be starring in yet another movie!

On May 13, Korean news outlet Xportsnews reported that Dahyun had been cast for the female lead role in the Korean adaptation of “You Are the Apple of My Eye.” In response to the report, Dahyun’s agency, JYP Entertainment, confirmed, “Dahyun has received an offer for the Korean adaptation of ‘You Are the Apple of My Eye’ and is currently reviewing it.”

The popular Taiwanese romance film “You Are the Apple of My Eye” tells the story of the high school troublemaker Ko Ching Teng (Chen Tung Ko) and the model student Shen Chia Yi (Michelle Chen), spanning from their school years to 15 years later. If Dahyun accepts the role, she will portray the character of Shen Chia Yi from the original work.

Meanwhile, Dahyun is previously confirmed to make her acting debut in the upcoming independent feature film “Sprint” (literal title).
