“The Outlaws” has made history at the Korean box office!
On June 8, “The Roundup: No Way Out”—the third film in the “The Outlaws” series—officially surpassed 10.43 million moviegoers.
As the first “The Outlaws” film drew a total of 6,880,546 moviegoers during its run and the second, “The Roundup,” drew a total of 12,693,415 moviegoers, the series has now drawn over 30 million moviegoers across its three films.
With this achievement, “The Outlaws” has now become the first Korean film series in history to reach a total of 30 million moviegoers—and with a fourth “The Outlaws” movie in the works, it remains to be seen just how much higher that number will climb in the years to come.
Meanwhile, “The Roundup: No Way Out” is only the 21st Korean film in history to surpass 10 million moviegoers, as well as the first Korean film of 2023 to reach the milestone.
Congratulations to the cast and crew!
