JTBC’s “The Empire” went out on a high note!
On November 13, the suspenseful drama starring Kim Sun Ah and Ahn Jae Wook soared to the highest viewership ratings of its entire run for its final episode. According to Nielsen Korea, the series finale of “The Empire” scored an average nationwide rating of 4.036 percent, marking the first time the show managed to break past the 4 percent mark.
tvN’s “The Queen’s Umbrella” also achieved its highest ratings yet last night. The drama took first place in its time slot with a nationwide average of 12.3 percent, marking a new personal record for the historical drama.
“The Queen’s Umbrella” took first place in its time slot among the key demographic of viewers ages 20 to 49 as well, earning a nationwide average of 5.3 percent.
Finally, KBS 2TV’s “Three Bold Siblings” remained the most-watched program of Sunday with an average nationwide rating of 20.8 percent.
