Roy Kim Arrives At Police Station To Undergo Questioning For Suspicions Of Spreading Illegally Taken Photos

On April 10 at approximately 2:40 p.m. KST, Roy Kim arrived at the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency to undergo questioning.
Before going into the station, Roy Kim stood in front of the press. The singer said, “First and foremost, I apologize for causing worries to fans who supported and cherished me, my family, and the Korean public. I will honestly and diligently participate in the investigation.”
When asked if he took the photos that he shared in the group chatroom and used slang words in the chatroom that implied usage of drugs, Roy Kim did not answer and went in for questioning.
On April 2, Roy Kim was revealed to be one of the celebrities in a group chatroom that also included Jung Joon Young, where illegally filmed videos and photos of women were shared. A day later, the singer was booked for suspicions of spreading illegally taken photos. A week later on April 9, the singer returned to Korea from Washington D.C., where he was attending school.
