Keishichô shissônin sôsaka
During a psychic show by popular psychic Edgar Otomo (Akira Shirai), Masaru Imaoka (Yoshimasa Kondo), a physicist with whom he had a rivalry, disappears. She became a test subject for Otomo's "teleportation" and disappeared in just a few seconds. Imaoka never showed up, and the show was interrupted. A search warrant is then issued. The Metropolitan Police Department's First Investigative Division concludes that there is no incidental cause due to the evaporation of a large amount of debt. Meanwhile, Kengo Takagi (Kazuki Sawamura) is assigned as a new member of the Disappearance Division. Takashiro, who is returning to the field for the first time in seven years, seems to have some circumstances... Takashiro and others immediately begin investigating the disappearance. The staff then reveals to Daichi Noritsuki (Fumiyo Kohinata) and Daigorui (Yukiya Kitamura) that there was a trick to teleportation. Furthermore, it turns out that there is a secret behind the relationship between Otomo and Imaoka. However, Otomo says that he intended to put an end to the confrontation with Imaoka with this show. Takashiro discovers that a sealed letter is missing in the materials that Otomo entrusted to provide information. After looking at the contents, Takashiro tells Manami Myojin (Kanna Mori) the name of a certain person, saying, "Mark this guy from now on."
