TV Chosun’s “Red Balloon” is on the rise!
On February 11, the popular drama starring Seo Ji Hye, Lee Sang Woo, and Hong Soo Hyun earned its highest viewership ratings to date. According to Nielsen Korea, the latest episode of “Red Balloon” scored an average nationwide rating of 8.9 percent, marking a new personal record for the series.
Meanwhile, tvN’s “Crash Course in Romance” kicked off the second half of its run on a nationwide average of 10.4 percent, marking its highest ratings to date for a Saturday (when its ratings are typically lower compared to Sundays).
JTBC’s “Agency” also scored an average nationwide rating of 10.4 percent for the night, while MBC’s “Kokdu: Season of Deity” fell to a nationwide average of 1.9 percent.
SBS’s “Payback,” which aired its final episode last night, ended steady on an average nationwide rating of 11.1 percent for its series finale.
Finally, KBS 2TV’s “Three Bold Siblings” remained the most-watched program of Saturday with an average nationwide rating of 23.3 percent.
