Ba Woo and Da Yeob's mission was a success but after finding out that the Left State Councilor is Da Yeob's Father as well as Soo Kyeong's Father-in-law, Ba Woo won't be able to take it anymore thus he decided to part ways with our princess.
Ba Woo left Soo Kyeong and Lady Court Jo all alone thinking that Da Yeob will soon be there for them but no, three ruffians appeared and they took Soo Kyeoong and Lady Court Jo with them. Da Yeob came late as well as the men of the Left State Councilor who are also out to hunt them.
The ruffians are taking Soo Kyeong to Hanyang by boat and coincidentally, Ba Woo was also on his way to Hanyang. They thought Ba Woo will save them but he couldn't or didn't do anything until they arrived at their destination. When it seemed that Ba Woo had no plans of saving them, he started following the men to find out where they are taking them.
During Ba Woo's pursuit, Da Yeob suddenly appeared, and without any knowledge that Ba Woo is trying to save Soo Kyeong, he unintentionally stopped him from following them.
It was indeed the King himself who freed and ordered the three slave hunters to take Soo Kyeong.
Now, the princess is held captive and heavily guarded. Ba Woo and Da Yeob must work together in order to save them.
