"Queen Of Tears," "Wonderful World," And "Hide" Earn Their Highest Saturday Ratings Yet

The weekend drama ratings battle remains as fierce as ever!

On March 30, tvN’s “Queen of Tears” achieved its highest viewership ratings to date for a Saturday (when its ratings are typically lower compared to Sundays). According to Nielsen Korea, the latest episode of the romance drama took first place in its time slot across all channels with an average nationwide rating of 12.8 percent.

MBC’s “Wonderful World” also earned its highest ratings yet for a Saturday (when its ratings are typically lower than on Fridays). The latest episode of the drama scored a nationwide average of 9.2 percent.

Meanwhile, JTBC’s new drama “Hide” maintained its personal record of 4.3 percent for its third episode.

SBS’s “The Escape of the Seven: Resurrection”—Season 2 of the hit drama “The Escape of the Seven”—scored an average nationwide rating of 3.2 percent for its second episode.

Finally, KBS 2TV’s new romance drama “Beauty and Mr. Romantic” was the most-watched program of any kind to air on Saturday, earning a nationwide average of 14.9 percent for its third episode.
