In the opening scene of Perfect Marriage Revenge Episode 11, Jung-hye orders Dong-soo to hit Yi-joo with his car. Fortunately, Do-guk notices what’s happening and rushes over to rescue Yi-joo. Police officials also arrive at the scene of the crime at the last possible moment, arresting Jung-hye, Dong-soo, and the artist Sun-jin.

Jae-Won admits to being Sun-jin’s son after arriving at the police station. In addition, Dong-soo proves Jung-hye’s involvement in the matter by presenting evidence of taped conversations against her.

On reaching home, Yi-joo and Do-guk are relieved by the events turning in their favour. While this is going on, Yi-joo notices the dates written on Do-guk’s wrists and discovers that he died on the same day as her. In light of this, she gets upset with Do-guk and decides to get away for a while. To ensure her safety, though, Do-guk asks her to stay while he leaves.

Yoo-ra and Jung-wook visit Tae-ja’s family and announce her pregnancy to them. Taeja is caught unprepared by this news. However, not long after that, one of the company’s employees dies in an accident while the construction is underway. Unexpectedly, Jung-wook is the one responsible. However, he attempts to evade accountability by placing the blame on the person who has passed away.

Shortly after that, Do-guk finds out about Jung-wook’s unfair treatment of the man’s wife, who had just died. By taking matters into his own hands, he eventually exposes Jung-wook. Consequently, Jung-wook is eventually taken into custody.

Following her conversation with Jamie, Yi-joo decides to forgive Do-guk for keeping secrets from her. To make things right, Do-guk comes clean about the past and shows Yi-joo her painting which he had purchased and through which he got to know about her. He goes on to admit that he was the one whose vehicle crashed with hers, killing her. He consoles her after the revelation, and they reconcile.

A few months later, it’s the judgment day. A pregnancy surprise comes to Yi-joo during her visit to her mother. Following this, she breaks the news to Do-guk, and the two of them have a touching moment together.

Not long after that, Sun-gwon calls Do-guk and requests an immediate meeting. He finds out that Jung-wook got out of jail when he goes to see Sun-gwon. Consequently, Do-guk quickly returns home to check on Yi-joo. The episode ends, though, with him returning home to find that Yi-joo has vanished.

In episode 11, Jung-hye, Jung-wook and Dong-soo are arrested. Yi-joo learns that she is pregnant. With Jung-wook’s final scheme in the works, the plot thickens.
