Upcoming drama “Love Song for Illusion” has shared eye-catching posters featuring Park Ji Hoon and Hong Ye Ji!
Based on a popular webtoon, “Love Song for Illusion” is a historical fantasy romance drama that tells both the heart-fluttering love story and fierce obsession between a man with two conflicting personalities and a woman who loves him.
On December 13, “Love Song for Illusion” dropped two types of posters with the main characters who will depict a heartbreaking narrative of fate.
In the main poster below, Park Ji Hoon and Hong Ye Ji transform into Crown Prince Sajo Hyun and Yeon Wol, respectively. Sajo Hyun has a somewhat sad facial expression as he embraces Yeon Wol in his arm, whereas Yeon Wol hides a dagger behind her back. The two are entangled with each other as the crown prince and the assassin-turned-concubine. On top of this, the appearance of Sajo Hyun’s alter ego Ak Hee, who glares at the two, foreshadows a dangerous love triangle.
Another poster exudes romantic vibes between Sajo Hyun and Yeon Wol. Against the backdrop of a drapery shop, Yeon Wol leans on Sajo Hyun’s body, and the two gaze at each other intensely. The text that reads, “The meeting between a crown prince with a dual personality and an assassin with a double life,” makes viewers look forward to the unlikely first encounter between the two.
“Love Song for Illusion” is set to premiere on January 2 as the follow-up to “The Matchmakers” and will be available on Dramacool. Stay tuned!
