Nam Yoon Su Confirmed To Star In “Sleepeeer Hit!” Remake Alongside Kim Sejeong

Nam Yoon Su will be joining Kim Sejeong in SBS’s upcoming drama “Today’s Webtoon” (literal title).

“Today’s Webtoon” is a Korean remake of the popular 2016 Japanese drama “Sleepeeer Hit!” The drama will tell the story of On Ma Eum, a former judo athlete who joins the webtoon editorial department as a new employee and struggles in order to mature into a true webtoon editor. The drama will also depict the competitive nature of the field in South Korea. Last week, it was confirmed that Kim Sejeong will be playing the role of the rookie contract employee On Ma Eum who enters the webtoon editorial department after beating all odds.

Nam Yoon Su is confirmed to play Goo Joon Young who grows to be more like On Ma Eum, who sincerely puts her heart and soul into everything, while looking back on himself.

Recently, Nam Yoon Su impressed viewers with his warm and gentle charms as the role of Lee Hyun in KBS2’s “The King’s Affection.” The actor previously starred in “Extracurricular,” “Beyond Evil,” and “Birthcare Center,” raising anticipation for his upcoming transformation. Last month, Nam Yoon Su was also confirmed to star in the new Kakao TV drama “Borrowed Body” (literal title).
