MBC’s new Wednesday-Thursday drama “May I Help You?” has kicked off to a positive start!
According to Nielsen Korea, the October 19 broadcast of the premiere episode of “May I Help You?” garnered an average nationwide ratings of 3.9 percent.
Starring Hyeri and Lee Jun Young, “May I Help You?” tells the story of Butler Kim, who runs errands that begin at a cost of 100 won (approximately 7 cents) per job, and funeral director Baek Dong Joo, who grants the wishes of the dead, as they operate an errand-running business called Ildangbaek (meaning one person doing the work of 100, and in this specific case, also referring to the fact that one errand costs 100 won).
KBS2’s “Bad Prosecutor” scored an average nationwide rating of 4.3 percent. This is a slight decrease from the previous week’s rating of 5.0 percent, yet the drama successfully remained the most-watched Wednesday-Thursday drama of the night.
tvN’s “Love in Contract” also saw a dip in ratings. Last night’s episode 9 garnered an average nationwide rating of 2.679 percent, which is a decrease from the previous episode’s rating of 3.6 percent.
Finally, episode 5 of ENA’s “Love is for Suckers” garnered an average nationwide rating of 1.9 percent. This is an increase from the previous episode’s rating of 1.5 percent, marking a new personal record for the drama.
