In Live Your Own Life episode 18, since Tae-ho discovered Hyo-sim drunk, he takes her to Uicheon Villa. It seems like Hyo-sim has finally gotten herself together. She starts to relax around Tae-ho after he asks her about the $100,000. However, when Tae-ho asks her out, she refuses him and heads home.

The following morning, Tae-min is seen working out at the gym. Soo-kyung’s animosity towards Hyo-sim continues, and she even warns Hyo-sim to keep her distance from Tae-min. Meanwhile, Tae-ho misses out on his gym session since he has to be at work all day.

Later on that day, Soo-kyung goes to her father’s golf lesson. She expects Tae-min to show up, but he doesn’t. Following this, Jin-soo tells Soo-kyung and her father that Tae-min had to attend a video conference. Following their training, Jin-soo approaches Soo-kyung’s father with a proposal request. Consequently, he offers to have dinner with Tae-min and the family to talk about it.

While Hyo-do is away, Sun-soon discovers his expensive watch in the washroom. She then takes it to the loan shark and clears Hyo-sim’s loan in exchange for the watch. Meanwhile, Hyo-do’s anxiety over misplacing his watch is reaching a breaking point.

Outside Uicheon Villa, Hyo-sim discovers Tae-ho waiting for her as she returns from work. Tae-ho asks her to go out with him again. However, she makes it clear that she has no interest in dating her client because doing so would violate the rules of the gym.

By the end of the evening, Tae-min visits Soo-kyung and breaks the news that he is unwilling to marry her. Following this, he gives Hyo-sim a call and requests that they meet at the park. As soon as Hyo-sim arrives, Tae-min plants a kiss on her lips, and the episode comes to an end.

The Episode Review

In episode 18, Tae-ho asks Hyo-sim to go out with him. On the other hand, Tae-min is under intense pressure from his parents to marry Soo-kyung. Later that night, Tae-min requests to meet with Hyo-sim.

The episode maintains the regular tone of the show. The episode features a lot less drama, but the middle-aged female characters continue to be obnoxious. Apart from that, the episode was entertaining and enjoyable to watch
