Lee Yi Kyung and Jeon Bae Soo have joined the cast of the new drama “Face Me” (literal title, previously known as “Look at Me”) starring Lee Min Ki and Han Ji Hyun!
KBS2’s upcoming drama “Face Me” is a mystery thriller in which a famous plastic surgeon, who gets tainted after being entangled in an unexpected incident, seeks the truth of the case as he practices reconstruction surgery for a crime victim.
Lee Min Ki will take on the role of Cha Jung Woo, a top-notch plastic surgeon who possesses the ability to instantly visualize the cause of an accident and the treatment method just by looking at a patient’s trauma. However, he is cold and never forms emotional connections with his patients, until he meets detective Lee Min Hyung, who begins to thaw his frozen heart.
Han Ji Hyun will play Lee Min Hyung, a fearless and confident ace detective known for her honesty and empathy. Lee Min Hyung finds herself growing closer to Dr. Cha Jung Woo, who unexpectedly gets entangled with her as he starts supporting crime victims. Lee Min Hyung daringly steps into the depths of his unhealed wounds, which he has never revealed to anyone.
Lee Yi Kyung will portray Cha Jung Woo’s longtime friend and plastic surgeon Han Woo Jin. He has a philanthropic desire to gift beauty to all the girls in the world. Han Woo Jin begins to help his wounded friend find his way back.
Jeon Bae Soo will take on the role of Cha Jung Woo’s mentor Kim Seok Hoon, the head of KSH Plastic Surgery, which boasts the highest reputation in Gangnam. He rescues Cha Jung Woo from a crisis while also realizing his own interests, making him a multifaceted character with both calculative and warm-hearted traits.
