Will Jung So Min finally find out about Jung Hae In’s feelings for her on the next episode of “Love Next Door”?
“Love Next Door” is a new tvN romantic comedy by the director and writer of the hit drama “Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha.” Jung So Min stars as Bae Seok Ryu, a woman who tries to reboot her troubled life after it goes awry. Jung Hae In plays her mom’s friend’s son Choi Seung Hyo, whom she considers a dark and embarrassing chapter in her life.
On the previous episode of “Love Next Door,” Choi Seung Hyo received a surprise visit from Jang Tae Hee (Seo Ji Hye), his ex-girlfriend from college, who was seeking his help. After seeing him with Bae Seok Ryu, Jang Tae Hee keenly observed that “whenever Seok Ryu smiles, you automatically smile too,” forcing him to come to terms with his feelings.
In newly released stills from the drama’s next episode, Seok Ryu stops by Seung Hyo’s room in the morning and accidentally stumbles upon the hidden letter in which he confessed his feelings for her.
When Seung Hyo returns to his room after showering, he freezes in his tracks when he sees the letter in Seok Ryu’s hands. Meanwhile, Seok Ryu stares awkwardly at Seung Hyo with a shocked expression, piquing curiosity as to whether she has read the letter and learned his long-kept secret.
The “Love Next Door” production team commented, “Choi Seung Hyo and Bae Seok Ryu have always shared all of their childhood memories and embarrassing pasts with one another. So Choi Seung Hyo’s feelings for Bae Seok Ryu mark the first secret that one of them is keeping from the other.”
They went on to tease, “Please stay tuned to find out if Choi Seung Hyo’s unconveyed feelings will be able to reach Bae Seok Ryu.”
The next episode of “Love Next Door” will air on September 1 at 9:20 p.m. KST.
