The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for male idol groups!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community indexes of various boy groups, using big data collected from June 13 to July 13.
BTS topped this month’s list with a brand reputation index of 5,555,349, marking a 35.67 percent increase in their score since June. High-ranking phrases in the group’s keyword analysis included “ARMY,” “Jimin,” and “digital music,” while their highest-ranking related terms included “exhibit,” “participate,” and “release.” BTS’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 92.18 percent positive reactions.
Meanwhile, SEVENTEEN took second place for July with a brand reputation index of 4,560,496.
SHINee shot to third place after seeing a whopping 144.52 percent rise in their brand reputation index, bringing their total score for the month to 3,206,677.
THE BOYZ came in fourth place with a brand reputation index of 2,437,994, marking a 62.42 percent increase in their score since last month.
Finally, ENHYPEN rounded out the top five with a brand reputation index of 2,276,888, marking a 44.45 percent rise in their score since June.
