"Jeongnyeon: The Star Is Born" And "A Virtuous Business" Head Into Finales On Highest Saturday Ratings Yet

Both tvN’s “Jeongnyeon: The Star is Born” and JTBC’s “A Virtuous Business” are getting ready to wind to a close!

On November 16, both weekend dramas achieved their highest viewership ratings to date for a Saturday (when their ratings are typically lower compared to Sundays) ahead of their respective series finales.

According to Nielsen Korea, the penultimate episode of “Jeongnyeon: The Star is Born” took first place in its time slot across all channels with an average nationwide rating of 12.8 percent.

Meanwhile, “A Virtuous Business” scored an average nationwide rating of 5.7 percent for its own penultimate episode.

SBS’s “The Fiery Priest 2,” which rose to a nationwide average of 11.2 percent, and KBS 2TV’s “Iron Family,” which was the most-watched show of the entire day with an average rating of 16.1 percent, also earned their highest Saturday ratings yet.

Finally, Channel A’s new romantic comedy “Marry YOU” premiered to an average nationwide rating of 0.8 percent.
