The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for rookie idol groups!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community awareness indexes of various rookie idol groups, using big data collected from November 7 to December 7. Only idols who debuted in 2022 or later were considered for the rankings.
NewJeans topped the list for the ninth consecutive month with a brand reputation index of 3,406,936 for January. High-ranking phrases in NewJeans’ keyword analysis included “album,” “Billboard,” and “HYBE,” while their highest-ranking related terms included “record,” “prove,” and “appear.” The group’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 84.25 percent positive reactions.
RIIZE held onto their spot at second place with a brand reputation index of 2,888,631, while LE SSERAFIM rose to third with an index of 1,631,303.
ZEROBASEONE maintained their position at fourth place with a brand reputation index of 1,488,979, and BABYMONSTER rounded out the top five for the month with an index of 1,121,107.
