Both KBS 2TV’s “It’s Beautiful Now” and JTBC’s “The Good Detective 2” reached new all-time highs last night!
On August 7, both dramas achieved the highest viewership ratings of their runs to date. According to Nielsen Korea, “It’s Beautiful Now” scored an average nationwide rating of 27.4 percent for its latest episode, setting a new personal record and continuing its streak as the most-watched program to air on any channel on Sunday.
Meanwhile, “The Good Detective 2” climbed to an average nationwide rating of 5.0 percent for its fourth episode, marking the highest ratings of the drama’s second season thus far.
Finally, tvN’s “Alchemy of Souls” rose to an average nationwide rating of 7.5 percent, falling just short of its previous all-time high of 7.6 percent from last week. The fantasy romance drama also remained first place in its time slot across all cable channels among the key demographic of viewers ages 20 to 49, with whom it scored a nationwide average of 4.0 percent.
