tvN’s “Mama Fairy and the Woodcutter” has been enjoying impressive viewership ratings, thanks to its many heart-fluttering scenes!
The fantasy drama has viewers hooked on the sweet romance between Sun Ock Nam (played by Moon Chae Won) and the two men who could be the reincarnation of her husband.
Here are three of the most romantic scenes that have happened so far in the drama:
Sun Ock Nam’s sincere confession
After Jung Yi Hyun (played by Yoon Hyun Min) happened to stop by Sun Ock Nam’s coffee house, the fairy became convinced that he was her reincarnated husband and decided to chase him down. Although she tried every method she could think of to restore his memory, Jung Yi Hyun hurt her feelings by refusing to even believe the fact that she was a fairy.
Sun Ock Nam eventually shed tears as she begged him, “Stop calling me crazy, and please give it one more thought.” She then placed his hands on her cheeks and stared into his eyes, marking the beginning of their romance.
Kim Geum’s innocent back hug
From the moment he met Sun Ock Nam, Kim Geum (played by Seo Ji Hoon) took an interest in her, and he has been straightforward with his romantic advances ever since. Viewers have fallen in love with the character’s innocent and sweet personality, as well as his infectious smile.
Kim Geum especially stole viewers’ hearts by showing off his bold, manly side when he surprised Sun Ock Nam by hugging from her behind, saying, “I’m worried that you might suddenly fly away.” As her feelings for him grow, so does our anticipation for what will happen between the two characters in the future.
Jung Yi Hyun developing feelings for Sun Ock Nam
At first, Jung Yi Hyun was suspicious of Sun Ock Nam and her magical existence, but his suspicion soon transformed into interest, and he began growing closer to her. Although he’s not the best at expressing his emotions, he cares for her and is always concerned about her.
Jung Yi Hyun recently took viewers by surprise when he confessed his feelings for Sun Ock Nam, telling her, “I’ve started to like you.”
