BTS’s Jimin has just scored his fourth chart entry as a solo artist on Billboard’s Hot 100!
On May 30 local time, Billboard revealed that “Angel Pt. 1,” BTS’s Jimin’s new collaboration with NLE Choppa, Kodak Black, JVKE, and Muni Long for the “FAST X” soundtrack, had debuted at No. 65 on the Hot 100 (its weekly ranking of the most popular songs in the United States).
“Angel Pt. 1” is Jimin’s fourth solo song to enter the Hot 100, following “VIBE“—his hit collab with BIGBANG’s Taeyang—and his singles “Set Me Free Pt.2” and “Like Crazy,” the latter of which made Jimin the first Korean soloist in history to hit No. 1 on the chart.
Notably, all four songs were released this year, meaning that Jimin has managed to land four solo entries on the Hot 100 in the span of just five months.
“Angel Pt. 1” also debuted at No. 2 on Billboard’s Digital Song Sales chart this week, meaning that it was the second best-selling song of the week in the United States.
Congratulations to Jimin!
