BLACKPINK’s “DDU-DU DDU-DU” Becomes 1st K-Pop Group MV To Reach 750 Million Views

BLACKPINK is breaking another record this week, this time with “DDU-DU DDU-DU”!

The hit group released “DDU-DU DDU-DU” as the title track of their first mini album “Square Up” on June 15, 2018.

By 8:43 p.m. KST on April 11, the music video for “DDU-DU DDU-DU” reached 750 million views on YouTube. This means it did so in 300 days (9 months and 27 days).

This is the first time ever that a Korean group’s music video has hit this milestone! PSY is the only other Korean artist to have surpassed 750 million views on an MV, which he’s done with “Gangnam Style” and “Gentleman.”
