Actor Bae Hae-sun expressed her feelings about playing as a real villain in "Happiness - Drama".
Bae Hae-sun met with celebrity media at a cafe located in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul on the 10th and told various stories related to tvN's Friday-Saturday drama "Happiness - Drama".
"Happiness - Drama" is a thriller in which the New Normal era, there's class discrimination, subtle war of nerves, and a new kind of infectious disease, rabies, in new apartments, leading to a catastrophe. In the drama, Bae Hae-sun played the role of Oh Yeon-ok, a realistic villain and tenant representative who takes advantage of her status.
Oh Yeon-ok, played by Bae Hae-sun, was a 'real villain' who tried to use residents for her ambition even in the extreme situation of an outbreak of the infectious disease and was as scary as the infectious disease.
Bae Hae-sun, who played an active role as an 'anger trigger' in "Happiness - Drama", said, "I feel good knowing Oh Yeon-ok has bought so much hatred from the audience. That's better than praise for my acting. She expressed satisfaction, saying, "That's enough".
"On the other hand, I regretted it a little. I should have been more vicious so that I could be criticized more. I could've done more". She added.
Meanwhile, "Happiness - Drama" recorded its own highest viewer rating of 4.2% on the 11th, making it a successful conclusion.
