The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for rookie idol groups!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community awareness indexes of various rookie idol groups, using big data collected from July 1 to August 1. Only idols who debuted in 2022 or later were considered for the rankings.
NewJeans topped the list for the fourth consecutive month with a brand reputation index of 6,732,407, marking a 43.19 percent rise in their score since July.
High-ranking phrases in NewJeans’ keyword analysis included “Super Shy,” “ETA,” and “Get Up,” while their highest-ranking related terms included “release,” “record,” and “advertise.” The group’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 85.01 percent positive reactions.
LE SSERAFIM also held onto their spot at second place on the list with a brand reputation index of 4,441,881, marking a 36.23 percent increase in their score since last month.
ZEROBASEONE similarly maintained their position at third place with a brand reputation index of 2,562,499, marking a 51.98 percent increase in their score since July.
NMIXX rose to fourth place after seeing an impressive 124.64 percent rise in their brand reputation index since last month, bringing their total score for July to 1,552,194.
Finally, H1-KEY rounded out the top five for August with a brand reputation index of 1,060,337.
