ASTRO’s Cha Eun Woo is in talks for another new drama!
On August 16, TV Daily reported that Cha Eun Woo will be starring as the male lead of the webtoon-based drama “A Good Day to be a Dog” (working title).
In response to the report, a source from his agency Fantagio shared, “‘A Good Day to be a Dog’ is one of the projects he is currently reviewing, and nothing has been decided yet.”
Based on a webtoon of the same name, “A Good Day to be a Dog” is a romance drama about a woman who wants to undo her curse of turning into a dog every day at dawn and a man who is afraid of dogs. In the webtoon, Han Hae Na’s curse, which has been passed down through generations, turns her into a dog whenever she kisses a man. The male lead Jin Seo Won, who Cha Eun Woo is in talks to play, is afraid of dogs due to an incident from the past that he cannot even remember himself.
Cha Eun Woo previously starred in numerous hit projects including “My ID Is Gangnam Beauty,” “Rookie Historian Goo Hae Ryung,” and “True Beauty.” Recently, Cha Eun Woo wrapped up filming for his upcoming drama “Island.” He is also in talks for the dramas “This Relationship Is Uncontrollable” (literal title) and “Dak Gang Jeong” (romanized title).
Stay tuned for more updates on Cha Eun Woo’s next project!
