A Breeze of Love episode 8 starts with Dong-wook sincerely apologising to Do-hyun. He blames his immaturity on being young and clueless. He confesses his feelings and explains why he likes sleeping next to Do-hyun. He clarifies he was not using him, but it was the only time he felt relaxed enough to sleep.

Do-hyun understands Dong-wook and is moved by his sincere apology. He asks Dong-wook to stop apologising and closes the distance between them. He suddenly kisses Dong-wook.

Do Dong-wook and Do-hyun get back together?

After the apology and the kiss, Dong-wook explains his condition in detail to Do-hyun. Do-hyun agrees to forgive him, and Dong-wook is elated. With the past behind them, it feels like a new start for them. They start dating openly, and their relationship grows stronger daily. Dong-wook decides to join a photography competition and uses Do-hyun as his muse. On the other hand, Do-hyun continues learning more about Dong-wook’s condition.

Throughout the episode, we see the two enjoy each other’s company and flirting. It makes us feel like third wheels, but it is all good. Their friends are happy for them. We can’t help but feel sad for Seung-joo, but it looks like he gets a new love interest by the show’s end. Hopefully, things work out for them!

How does Breeze of Love season 1 end?

The show ends with Do-hyun and Dong-wook blissfully happy. Dong-wok manages to start sleeping even without Do-hyun. Nonetheless, he still wants him to stay by his side.

The Episode Review

It was a sweet, happy ending, and we truly enjoyed this Korean Boy Love story. Sadly, we didn’t get to see much of Seung-joo and Hye-in. If we get another season of the show, I hope we will see Seung-joo’s new relationship. We are curious to find out who stole his heart just from the first sight.

If you are looking for a sweet and endearing Korean BL to watch, we highly recommend binge-watching this show. Its nostalgic and enemy-to-lovers plotline is well executed and easy to follow, even with the numerous flashbacks.
